Lap 89 -- WHITE FLAG: Marcos Ambrose works on Tony Stewart for second position but Stewart shuts the door.

Lap 88 -- Kyle Busch's lead on second-place Tony Stewart is 1.003 seconds. Jimmie Johnson is trying to get by A.J. Allmendinger for eighth but can't do it.

Lap 87 -- Kyle Busch continues to lead as the front cars are single-file like they restarted.

Lap 86 -- GREEN FLAG: Kyle Busch gets the race back under way.

Lap 85 -- The restart has been called off. A piece of debris was found on the track.

Lap 84 -- Cars are getting the one-to-go signal. Sam Hornish Jr. is on pit road getting some work done and new tires. Joe Nemechek is on pit road to repair the hood.

5:06 p.m. ET -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 4: Cars are rolling again under caution as the crash site in Turn 11 is clean.

4:42 p.m. ET -- Michael McDowell and David Gilliand are being called to the NASCAR hauler after the race to discuss the actions that led to the crash.

4:38 p.m. ET -- Bobby Labonte is being transported to a local hospital for evaluation.

4:24 p.m. ET -- RED FLAG: NASCAR has displayed the red flag to clean up the major crash in the final corner.

Lap 83 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 4: Big crash coming out of Turn 11 at the entrance of pit road. Multiple cars have heavy damage. David Gilliland and Bobby Labonte suffered the worst damage. Michael McDowell made contact with Gilliland coming out of the turn, and Gilliland bounced off the wall into traffic. Labonte slammed Gilliland, and others were collected.

Lap 81 -- Ryan Newman's car comes to a halt again on the track and will not refire. The restart is called off.

Lap 80 -- Ryan Newman is on pit road as the crew works on his car.

Lap 79 -- With the spin by Ryan Newman, Marcos Ambrose moves into third position.

Lap 78 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 3: Ryan Newman spins in Turn 1 and his car backs into the racing line. The field avoids T-boning him as he sits in the center of the track. Teammate Sam Hornish Jr. pushes Newman away as the car refuses to start. Newman was running third.

Lap 78 -- Carl Edwards and his crew aren't sure about fuel. He runs ninth and was the first to make a pit stop during the final cycle. They are committed to taking a gamble.

Lap 77 -- Ron Fellows continues his solid run and is in 12th position.

Lap 76 -- Marcos Ambrose passes Juan Montoya to take fourth position on the track. They trail Kyle Busch, Tony Stewart and Ryan Newman.

Lap 75 -- Kyle Busch's crew is telling him to save fuel. They are confident they can make it to the end, but want to be sure.

Lap 74 -- Ryan Newman is running third and is 2.883 seconds back of leader Kyle Busch.

Lap 73 -- A.J. Allmendinger has a strong run going and is in 11th.

Lap 72 -- Jeff Gordon is mired in 30th position after battling problems all day.

Lap 71 -- P.J. Jones gets slight contact from Sam Hornish Jr. and spins, backing into the tire barrier in Turn 11.

Lap 70 -- Kyle Busch has the fastest car on the track and owns a 0.923-second lead on teammate Tony Stewart.

Lap 69 -- Martin Truex Jr. is having a strong day and runs in fourth position.

Lap 68 -- Dale Earnhardt Jr. is running 31st after having to pit under caution.

Lap 67 -- GREEN FLAG: Kyle Busch gets the race back under way.

Lap 66 -- LEAD CHANGE: Dale Earnhardt Jr. pulls onto pit road, leading a handful of lapped cars and the lead-lap car of Sam Hornish Jr. The rest of the leaders stay out. Earnhardt gets four tires and fuel. Kyle Busch is the new leader.

Lap 65 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 2: Debris is on the track from Travis Kvapil's trip through the gravel.

Lap 64 -- Leader Dale Earnhardt Jr. stays on the racetrack. Meanwhile, Travis Kvapil is off-course in the gravel.

Lap 63 -- Kyle Busch is now running second but is 22.970 seconds behind leader Dale Earnhardt Jr., who has not pitted.

Lap 62 -- Kasey Kahne is in from second place for his pit stop and gets fuel only. Paul Menard gives up his third-place running position to make his pit stop.

Lap 61 -- LEAD CHANGE: Jimmie Johnson is in for his final pit stop and gives the lead to Dale Earnhardt Jr. Johnson gets four tires and minor adjustments.

Lap 60 -- Following several pit stops, Jimmie Johnson leads by 5.482 seconds.

Lap 59 -- Jeff Gordon, Ron Fellows and David Gilliland are all on pit road for final stops. Gordon takes just two tires.

Lap 58 -- LEAD CHANGE: Juan Montoya takes the top spot when the leaders pit. Marcos Ambrose is on pit road for a splash of fuel.

Lap 57 -- Leaders Kyle Busch and Tony Stewart hit pit road. Kevin Harvick, Kurt Busch, Clint Bowyer and Denny Hamlin all follow.
• Kyle Busch gets four tires and fuel
• Tony Stewart gets an air-pressure adjustment
• Clint Bowyer has a slow stop and stalls exiting
• Denny Hamlin gets fuel and tires

Lap 57 -- Marcos Ambrose is in communication with his crew. He may have a developing problem with his car.

Lap 56 -- LEAD CHANGE: Kyle Busch goes back in front, all but confirming a deal between teammates.

Lap 55 -- LEAD CHANGE: Tony Stewart cruises around Kyle Busch to take the top spot.

Lap 54 -- Carl Edwards locks the brakes and hits pit road from his third position. It's his last pit stop of the day. He is tight and gets four tires and wedge.

Lap 53 -- Jimmie Johnson is back in good position, running 11th following his cut tire.

Lap 52 -- Michael McDowell is running in 14th after staying out during the caution.

Lap 51 -- GREEN FLAG: Kyle Busch did not pit and leads the field to green. The top 14 cars stayed on the track.

Lap 50 -- A handful of leaders hit pit road:
• Dale Earnhardt Jr. gets four tires and minor adjustments

• Jeff Gordon's crew raises the track bar on the rear during a long stop

Lap 49 -- Joe Nemechek will get the free pass.

Lap 48 -- CAUTION NO. 1: Debris is on the track from Sam Hornish Jr.'s trip through the sand.

Lap 48 -- Sam Hornish Jr. slides off the track just before the start/finish line and motors through the sand. He makes it out OK and continues on.

Lap 47 -- Jimmie Johnson's crew reports the left-rear tire on the No. 48 was cut and that is what plagued him before the unscheduled pit stop. He likely cut it when getting off course slightly.

Lap 46 -- Ron Fellows is in 19th. He is driving the No. 01 DEI Chevrolet after winning last week's Nationwide Series road race at Montreal.

Lap 45 -- At the halfway mark, Marcos Ambrose is up to 16th, continuing to improve his position.

イスラム組織が新たな警告ビデオ 五輪開幕前の中国

北京(AP) 8日開幕の北京五輪を狙ったテロを予告している「トルキスタン・イスラム党(TIP)」と名乗るイスラム組織が、6日付で新たなビデオ声明を発表したことが分かった。イスラム教徒らに「中国人と同じバスや電車、飛行機、建物」を避けるよう警告している。

イスラム武装勢力などの情報を収集している米民間団体SITEによると、ビデオは長さ約6分。五輪のロゴが炎に包まれる画像などが含まれ、ライフル銃を持ち黒いターバンを巻いた男が、ウィグル語で「聖戦」を呼び掛けている。中国政府がイスラム教徒を迫害していると非難し、TIPへの物心両面の支援を求める内容だという。

TIPは先月、雲南省で起きたバス爆破テロの犯行声明ビデオを出した組織。パキスタンに本拠地を置き、国際テロ組織アルカイダから訓練を受けているともいわれる。

SITEのリタ・カッツ氏は「TIPは五輪開幕で世界のメディアが注目する状況を、組織の存在や活動を宣伝する絶好の機会ととらえているのだろう」との見方を示した。
